It’s like stepping into another reality when you walk in… I love this place. Service is always awesome & food is always piping hot and delicious! Even when I’ve had the food delivered to the other side of the city, still arrives piping hot. Thank you for the wonderful experience and I pray you guys are blessed with longevity, wealth and health!

We recently stopped here for lunch during our drive from LA to the Bay Area based on a recommendation, and I am so glad we did! Having eaten at countless Indian restaurants over the years, I can confidently say this place easily ranks in my top three. The person at the counter was incredibly courteous and friendly, the menu has an excellent variety, and every dish we tried was made fresh to order. The restaurant is spotless and the service is remarkably quick. It's an absolute gem on the road—highly recommended!

Worth driving 15 min in from the interstate. Food was awesome, prepared to order but the authenticity stood out. The owners are very involved. The gentleman came up to check on us if we needed anything beyond the order or if everything was to our liking. The place is clean, well maintained and even the kitchen which we could glance into as the door was open, was clean and pristine. It's a family run establishment, with pride of ownership very visible. I would visit here in any of my future trips through this area. CSU Bakersfield students are lucky to have foodie joint this right on their campus! Well deserved mention on PBS television!

This place is located in the middle of a medical center and aren't sure what your in for when you park but once you are walking toward the restaurant you can start to smell the delicious aroma of their authentic food! The inside is decorated with beautiful colors and traditional Indian memorabilia. Loved the atmosphere! The food is soooo delicious and has many traditional dishes to choose from. They change up their menu every week I believe and can't wait to try some more. Also, the cashier that helped us was so sweet and helpful in every way. Would completely suggest this to anyone that enjoys traditional and flavorful indian food!

Food rated 4 - regular nothing extra special, they were out of most things because it was the day after Christmas Service rated 5 - very kind people and the uncle that was there was so sweet to give me more aachar when I asked while I was eating choke bathure. Atmosphere rated 3 - looks like an office building from the outside and just a regular cafeteria feeling inside. Was busy the moment we walked in until the moment we walked out. We did go around lunch hour, so maybe that’s why. Everyone was really kind and sweet, but just a little disappointed when I ordered the gulab jamun, it took a while and then my husband asked about it and said if it wasn’t ready to just let it go. They said okay. So not sure if it was even put in. Husband ordered butter chicken, they didn’t have any naan so they had tandoor roti. I had chole bhature,it was normal just not enough aachar and I don’t personally like raw onions. I like vinaigrette onions. I would come back and recommend them because they were kind and it was easy to order. They only have one bathroom for male and females so the line gets long. Be prepared.
